The company adds surplus value to your business with arc welding, spot welding, palletizing, packaging, machine loading and unloading, press brake tending, polishing, grinding, sanding, deburring, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, painting, spraying, 2D-3D machining and camera applications.

While the robot system required by the project is selected through computer aided programs; automation, process, security and all other equipment requirements are also designed by our company.

The steps to be followed in the project design process:

It is the process in which the customer request is analyzed, the first design and calculations are made. As a result of the information obtained, the most suitable solution is offered to the customer and the project schedule is determined. The design and analysis process are initiated upon the agreement on  technical and commercial issues.

It is the process in which the mechanical and electrical designs of the draft project are created. In this process, the technical drawings of the project are created and the system simulation is prepared with the created cad files. Cycle time, speed, distance to access and mechanical load analyzes are made through simulation. The overall design of the system is completed with the engineering data obtained. According to the project requirements; equipment such as positioner, fixture, slider, gantry etc. are included in the system.

It is the process in which the production of the system is started after the completion of design and analysis studies. After the manufacturing of the mechanical components is completed, the robots are mounted to the system. Based on the project scope; electricity, automation and plc infrastructure are created. After the first operation of the system, function tests are performed.

It is the process in which the first trial production is performed with the customer's actual products after the completion of the functional tests. In this process, the engineering calculations in the design and analysis phase are verified. The system suitability is checked as a result of the studies conducted with the customer, it is confirmed that the project is functioning as designed, and the system is made ready for delivery.

It is the process in which the system sent to the customer's facility is installed. After mounting all system parts and auxiliary equipment, the entire system is equipped with equipment in accordance with occupational health and safety and then it is commissioned. After commissioning process is completed, the training of the operator and technical personnel is completed and the final acceptance of the project is made. The system starting production is maintained through after-sales services.
